This modern two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests, making it the ideal rental for holidaymakers or business travellers wanting a tranquil respite not too far from the bustling City Centre. The apartment has an open plan kitchen and lounge complete with a rustic wood-like tile, a leather couch and stylish touches in soothing neutral shades. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a dishwasher, a washing machine and island seating for 4\. The lounge features two sofas, WiFi, and an impressive flat-screen TV for relaxing nights bingeing your favourite series. A standout feature of this home is the balcony that boasts a gas braai/BBQ and a picnic bench \- perfect for alfresco dining in good company. The is equipped with an inverter to enusre uniterrupted TV and internet access. Both bedrooms are spacious with a sliding door, with one boasting a queen bed and the other a king bed. All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted. For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge. A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion. Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested. A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
