Eden on the Bay, the holiday capital of Bloubergstrand. A single  
bedroom with all the essentials – this is the ultimate  
holiday apartment.  
The open-plan interior is complimented by classy design and a cosy  
living environment. Granite-top counters line the kitchen area, which  
has all the appliances needed to provide you with a carefree coastal  
retreat. The living area is the perfect place to unwind after a long  
day of sightseeing, with a TV and access to high-speed internet. Comfy  
furniture makes you feel straight at home, while the kitchen and  
balcony provide you with an ideal dining experience.  
  
The apartment provides you with a suitable workspace, allowing you to  
get work done during your vacation downtime. A rechargeable flashlight  
is always on hand, providing you with light during the period of  
load-shedding. Perfect for those winter months, a convection heater  
will keep you warm and toasty throughout the winter nights.  
The bedroom houses a queen-sized bed with a clean and contemporary  
style. The bedroom gives you access to a separate private balcony area  
as well as the inclusion of an en-suite. The en-suite provides you with  
a full bathroom suite, boasting a cool colour palette and stylish  
layout.  
Spending your holiday at Eden on the Bay 150 is guaranteed to provide  
you with feel-good experiences and unforgettable memories. The centre  
itself presents you with a multitude of niche stores, restaurants and  
bars, with a stunning beach only meters away from the centre. The  
bustling social hub of Bloubergstrand is a short drive away, while Cape  
Town’s CBD is less than 30 minutes away. Whether you choose  
to spend your time in the water or fancy meeting some interesting  
locals, Eden on the Bay provides you with a playground that’s  
dying to be cherished and explored.  
  
For security and verification purposes, a valid ID or passport will be required at check-in.  
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.  
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.  
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.  
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.  
  
The Property Manager will arrange a check in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at Cnr Sri David Baird Dr and Otto du Plessis Drive, Big Bay, Cape Town  
  
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
