The space has been finished to a very high standard with modern flooring, open concept living/dining space, high spec kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, washer/drier, modern neutral decor, excellent fitted storage and two bathrooms. The vineyard security estate has large open areas, a three storey gym, 5km running/cycling track, a clubhouse with a bar as well as a beautiful play area for children. There are excellent amenities located within a few minutes of the guest suite including local shops, restaurants, pubs and large supermarkets. It is also very child friendly. The home is located at the start of the popular Stellenbosch Wine Route and only 15 minutes from Cape Town International Airport. It is half an hour away from Table Mountain, Cape Point, Simon's town (boulders beach with the african penguins) and the Waterfront (shopping and boat riding to Robben Island).
