As you enter the property, you are greeted by the open-plan kitchen, boasting earthy tones with minimalistic décor, equipped with everything you'll need for your self-catering stay. Opposite the kitchen, you will find the lounge and dining area. The lounge is fitted with plush couches adorned with accent pillows, a flatscreen television, internet access, and air-conditioning. A built-in braai is located near the dining room where guests can relax and enjoy a traditional South African barbeque experience. The dining room features a large hardwood dining table with 6 seats and a glass sliding door leading to the patio where guests are welcome to relax on the sun-kissed patio with comfortable seating making this the perfect spot for sipping sundowners, enjoying meals or simply soaking up the sun. The two bedrooms are homely and tastefully decorated, with glass sliding doors providing access to the patio. The main bedroom features a queen-size bed with a mounted flatscreen television and offers an en-suite bathroom, while the other room is fitted with a double bed and guests will make use of a shared bathroom. Both bathrooms are equipped with a large shower, toilet, and washbasin with vanity while only one features a bathtub. All linen and towels are included in your stay. Guests will have access to the beach club’s tennis court, mini-golf course as well as a shared outdoor swimming pool. Visitors to Bloubergstrand can sunbathe, spend the day at the beach or wine and dine at the numerous seaside eateries in the area. In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in. All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted. For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge. A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management. Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested. A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply. The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at ERF933 Sumatra Ave, Big Bay, Cape Town, 7441.
