The warm, modern lounge area is open plan and leads to a spacious balcony, boasting large sliding doors that display stunning ocean views and invite plenty of natural light inside. The kitchen, although compact, is perfect for creating meals with friends and provides modern appliances for easy cooking, including a gas stove. When the weather is cooler, the enclosed sunroom is ideal for enjoying the surrounding views and relaxing with loved ones. In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in. All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
