Good building security and access to the canal. This particular unit would benefit from a deep cleaning occasionally...tile grout, around the kitchen sink, microwave, etc. Proper clothes washing soap was provided but none for the dishwasher. Overall, decent value for money. Lebnettoyage de la chambre le dimanche et le premier janvier, par contre ont payé quand même le plein prix et ce n’est pas donné. We have stayed in this apartment block before and the facilities and location are good. I would never book 702 again as this is a specific apartment number. It's advertised as a 1 bedroom but it's NOT it's a studio. There is a folding wall separating the bedroom area to the kitchen and living room. The STUDIO is overpriced and the owner does not seam inclined to amend the description and I felt deceived by this.
