  • This newly constructed townhome provides all of the modern comforts in the middle of the Historic District of Cape May (within walking distance of the downtown and the beaches). The 2400+ sq. ft. unit includes 4 bedrooms (each with their own private bathroom), an elevator, full-sized washer & dryer, 2 car garage (plus 2 add. parking spots), 3 porches, and an outdoor shower. The house has full 4K cable and Wi-Fi and the kitchen includes a Viking gas range, dishwasher, a two refrigerators.
