The terrace with barbecue and heated pool faces south and invites you to relax. The Space: The house has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed with ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom with a queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds share the additional bathroom. Guest Access: You will receive the door code from us prior to your arrival, allowing you to access the house independently. The Neighborhood: The vacation home is located in a quiet and well-maintained residential neighborhood in southeast Cape Coral, one of the most popular areas for visitors who value both relaxation and convenient access. The neighborhood is characterized by palm trees, waterways, and single-family homes, offering a relaxed, typically Floridian atmosphere. Thanks to the central location, numerous restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and shopping options can be reached within just a few minutes by car. The lively downtown area of Cape Coral, with additional dining and entertainment options, is also easily accessible. Toller Pool und Terasse. Das Haus hatte alles was wir gebraucht haben. Haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Betreuung durch Herrn Holzschuh und sein Team war sehr kompetent.
