The Space:

This charming villa impresses with its unique location and comfortable equipment – with everything one would not want to miss on vacation. Quiet, yet very centrally located, just a few minutes from downtown Cape Coral, Villa Catalina Isles is situated in a very peaceful and well-maintained American residential neighborhood. On the south-facing property, a refreshing pool awaits the whole family. The boat dock, terrace, and covered porch (lanai) are equipped with sun loungers, tables, and chairs. The villa is furnished in typical Florida style, and all three bedrooms feature king-size beds.

The villa offers boat access to the Gulf of Mexico, two kayaks for your excursions, smart TVs in all bedrooms, a smart Tv with Netflix in the living area as well as in each bedroom, a water filter system for excellent drinking water quality from all faucets and showers, an additional solar heating for the pool, a completely new air conditioning system, new sun loungers on the terrace, a parking space in the garage for your vehicle, an outdoor shower, a Bbq grill for your grilling experiences, a fishing set - and much more... In the travel price, electricity consumption of 10$/day is included. Consumption beyond that will be calculated at 0.23 $/kWh and settled in cash at check-out.

Interaction with Guests:

We will conduct a personal check-in on the day of arrival or the following morning to personally welcome you and record the electricity meter reading. On the day of departure, we will also carry out a personal check-out and settle any additional electricity usage charges with you.
