The villa is furnished in typical Florida style, and all three bedrooms feature king-size beds. The villa offers boat access to the Gulf of Mexico, two kayaks for your excursions, smart TVs in all bedrooms, a smart Tv with Netflix in the living area as well as in each bedroom, a water filter system for excellent drinking water quality from all faucets and showers, an additional solar heating for the pool, a completely new air conditioning system, new sun loungers on the terrace, a parking space in the garage for your vehicle, an outdoor shower, a Bbq grill for your grilling experiences, a fishing set - and much more...
