With a private pool/spa and breathtaking panoramic views. The villa boasts direct access from the canal to the gulf. So, you can boat and fish. The area has many pristine beaches within a 30-minute drive.

    This new construction 2,100 sqft, 4 bedroom and 3-bathroom villa has a lot to offer.
    All 4 bedrooms were carefully curated and decorated with a beach theme to ensure the Florida aesthetic vibes.

    The modern kitchen has everything you need for an extended stay with top of the line appliances big and small. The granite countertops come equipped with built-in charging outlets.

    You can entertain yourself with our game room which includes a foosball table. The fun continues outside to the private mini put-put golf on the lanai. With a full outdoor kitchen and 2 smart tv’s with multiple seating options and space for everyone.

Gorgeous house and wonderful outdoor living areas! Well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels for bathrooms and pool. We enjoyed the pool and hottub. It was nice to be able to heat them as needed. Very comfortable beds! Beautiful view of the wide canal, very peaceful atmosphere! We would definitely stay here again.
