Please also note that even in Florida, winter temperatures may drop, which can cause pools to cool down overnight to varying degrees depending on their size. Cancelation fee: For cancellations made at least 60 days prior to the arrival date; 95% of the grand total will be refunded to the tenant. For cancellations made within 60 days of arrival, no refund will be issued. Personal On-Site Check-In (Mandatory): For safety, insurance, and legal reasons, a personal on-site check-in on the day after arrival is mandatory. They truly kept the pool warm enough that everyone in our group enjoyed pool time. We also appreciated the hot tub being separate so we could keep it at a warmer temperature. We were also very close to a park with tennis and pickleball courts and were able to get on both fairly easily. Stores and restaurants were close by. It's located in a quiet neighborhood which allows for good down time. Most items are there that you might want including games and cd's with nice stereo. The pool is very nice as is the hot tub.
