VILLA AVIVA - modern, boat-lift, large south-facing terrace with spa/pool

Our "Villa Aviva" is located on a south facing property in a quiet location in the southwest of Cape Coral - right on a canal with connection to the Gulf of Mexico. By boat you are in about 50 minutes at the lock at the marina. In total, Cape Coral offers 400 miles (640 km) of waterways and canals. If you are interested in renting a boat, we can provide contacts to boat rental companies. Our home has a boatdeck and -lift.
On a floor space of 186 m² (2009 sqft), with large living / dining area and integrated kitchen, a study, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a large pool area of about 1400 sqft with a saltwater pool which can be heated, Sunledge and SPA – with a screen across the full width of the house - and a large lanai of 25 m² (267 sq. ft.), our "Villa Aviva" offers generosity and luxury for up to 6 people.
Built in modern style, furnished to a high standard and equipped with every comfort, you will find in our villa everything you need for a relaxed vacation - including a feel-good atmosphere.
The three bedrooms are all laid out with laminate – all other rooms are tiled. Of course, the whole house is fully air-conditioned and has cable TV and free Wi-Fi.
Electricity for up to US $ 25 per week is included – additional consumption will be charged with US $ 0.15 per kW/h. Further, not included is the final cleaning fee of US $ 175. All has to be paid in cash at check-out directly to our property manager in Cape Coral.
Shopping for things of daily needs can be reached in about 5 minutes by car.
The nearest international airport is Fort Myers and is approximately 30 minutes away.

We really enjoyed our time at the home. The location is great to explore everything in the Cape as well as Fort Myers & Sanibel. The home has a southern exposure so there is sun at the pool all day which we really enjoyed and spent alot of time out on the lanai.

Beautiful new villa in the heart of Cape Coral.

The decor and tasteful furnishings look even better in real life than the photographs. This is not always the case when choosing a property on line. Would definitely recommend to anyone. $8-$10 Uber from half a dozen excellent seafood resturaunts.

Best VRBO home EVER!!!

But this vacation rental could not have been any better. We loved everything about it and the kids had an absolute blast. The cleanliness, the layout, entertainment center, bathrooms, and especially the pool with the sliding doors and screened in porch I was just perfect. My kids kept saying out loud this is the most amazing place ever. Thank you Sonya and Sabine for the magical vacation rental. Keep up the good work!

Perfect stay

Everything about our stay was the best experience. Sonja was a pleasure to work with during our booking process. Sabine, the property manager was very friendly and very helpful during the check in process. The villa itself was clean, comfortable very conveniently located to area attractions. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals and there is even a pantry with spices and extras. Wonderfully Welcoming Vacation Home

What a lovely property! My family loved the well maintained and appointed Villa Aviva both for it's great aesthetic and well maintained interior and exterior. The pool was a big hit with the whole family and the kids loved waving at the boats in the canal as they were swimming. Great location with many stores/ restaurants close by and most beaches a 30-40 minute drive away traffic withstanding. Thanks for the great memories and when coming back to Florida's gulf coast this house will be top of our list for accommodations.

Villa Aviva was a delightful, spacious and modern home. It was very well equipped and maintained. Outdoor cooking combined with excellent indoor kitchen facilities made home cooking easy. Bedrooms and bathrooms very clean with great storage space for clothes etc. Some great beaches, restaurants and shopping all well within one hour drive, with trips to Naples and Venice just over one hour away. Overall very quiet area, great for relaxing by the pool. Always a gamble renting Villas from pictures, but this home is up there with the best and wont disappoint. Hope to come back one day.

Great views in this wonderfully appointed canal front get away

This canal front property is clean, well appointed and in a very convenient location in Cape Coral. It has an open floor plan that allows for wonderful views of the canals. The pool and spa are heated and have cool lights in the evening. There is plenty of sun all day in the pool as well as a shaded patio with seating for six. The kitchen is fully equipped and roomy. Master bathroom is very big and the large shower was a treat. Beach towels are provided, as well as beach chairs, and pool noodles. This house has everything you need for a perfect stay. Check in and check out are a breeze!

Amazing villa on the canal

The house was perfect in most every way! Communication with the owners was good. The property manager (Sabine) was easy to reach. The house is 3 years old but it appears brand new. I worked from "home" in the den for several days. We stored our bikes and kayaks in the garage. We biked around Cape Coral and kayaked in the canal, in Manatee Park and in Matlacha. The best aspects of the house: (1) great room open to the lanai, (2) pool and hot tub were fantastic, (3) views from the lanai and pool/tub to the south and west, (4) upscale furnishings and 10 foot ceilings, (5) quiet street in SW Cape Coral. Won't hesitate to come back!

Diese Villa ist genauso wie in der Anzeige beschrieben und wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die schöne Architektur, der großartige Pool und die ruhige Lage haben uns am besten gefallen und für einen erholsamen Urlaub gesorgt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!
