The Beach Resort includes 4 apartments and 1 studio. Our resort is located in the heart of Cape Coral, close to the southern Cape Coral Bridge that connects Fort Myers and Cape Coral. This is the ideal location to get to Florida's attractions and beaches quickly by car. The proximity to Cape Coral Beach also allows you to enjoy shorter beach stays and end the evening in one of the many nearby bars and restaurants. Our apartments are individually designed and are in an easy-building complex, which offers absolute privacy. Each apartment has its own very private terrace and private sunbathing area, which already gives you the right beach feeling. The huge pool area with a heated spa and integrated seats is screened and keeps out troublesome insects and animals. APARTMENT SEASTAR \- fits up to 5 guests - provides: one Queensize in the bedroom / one Twin bed in an extra room / one big sofa bed in the living room - bathroom with a bathtub can be entered from the bedroom - perfectly suited for families! You can expect a bright, spaciously living / dining area with an open kitchen. Large windows let in plenty of light. The way from the well-equipped kitchen to the dining area is short. You can also enjoy your breakfast at the kitchen counter. A big sofa, that you can transform quickly into a comfortable double bed, invites you to relax. Here you can enjoy a book or watch the latest news on television. The bedroom is generous - in the spaciously closet you have ample room to space newly purchased or brought clothes and treasures. The queen-size bed promises a good night's rest ... The bedroom includes a sufficiently large bathroom, with bathtubs. Of course, you don´t need to bring bedding or towels. In addition to bath towels, there are beach towels available, too. The apartment offers a second bedroom for a child or another third or fifth person. It can be separated by a curtain. To enjoy the great Florida weather, the apartment has a private screened outdoor area with seats. Besides sunbathing at the pool area, there is a private deck area available. Judy was very helpful and assured us that an adjustment would be made in the costs for the rental. We enjoyed our stay at the complex. ##### Patricia T.
