This is a beautiful newly renovated apartment with tremendous waterfront view which is located just blocks from Downtown Cape Coral.Less than 10 minutes walk to bars, restaurants,stores and coffee houses.Use the bicycles we provide for our guests to bike around the Cape.5 minutes drive to Cape Coral beach/yacht club.Rent a boat for your vacation and tie up and your own dock on the property.10 minutes boat ride to the river.With heating, AC, an iron, washing machine, and WiFi, all your needs are covered.Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Cape Coral and what our apartment has to offer.
