The Space:
Come relax and enjoy this private & tranquil pool-house villa that features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with 4 pocket door openings leading you to the main attraction - the lanai! This inviting space has ample living and entertaining spaces that flow effortlessly in and around the pool area which is completely enclosed with a screened lanai. Offering our guests the ease of the infamous travel stressors by providing a fully equipped kitchen with ample counter space, cooking oils and spices, coffee and tea essentials and complimentary welcome snacks!

Neighborhood:
Located on a beautiful residential street, this neighborhood is very quiet with little vehicle traffic. Palm trees line the center island of the street and you can choose endless routes to venture "around the block", passing many friendly neighbors. Along the way, you will see the canals, a lake, and even some adorable burrowing owls (our favorite)! Cape Coral actually has the distinction of having the largest population of the Florida species of the Burrowing Owl (Athene cunicularia floridana) in the State, with an estimated 1000 nesting pair.
