Our Seaside Villa Dania is located in a quiet and well-kept residential area of Cape Coral, surrounded by two undeveloped properties and with almost no through traffic. You will enjoy complete peace, privacy, and security here—perfect for families with children or guests who simply want to relax. Just three miles from the coast, you can be enjoying the sea breeze and unforgettable sunsets in just a few minutes. The charming fishing village of Matlacha, with its colorful galleries and restaurants, is only eight minutes away, and the popular Cape Royal Golf Club is about ten minutes away. Marinas, picturesque Cape Harbour, and numerous restaurants serving international cuisine are also within easy reach. Large grocery stores, pharmacies, department stores, medical facilities, and a post office are within easy reach, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The villa is the perfect starting point for trips to some of Florida's most beautiful beaches, including the world-famous islands of Sanibel and Captiva. The living room is equipped with a 65-inch smart TV with sports channels, Roku TV, Amazon Prime, Disney+, and Netflix. A comfortable 3-seater sofa with a fold-out console and charging ports, as well as two armchairs that can be converted into single beds if required, ensure cozy hours.
