This vacation villa is an entertainment destination with a south facing sun drenched pool deck with comfortable sitting lanai area and outdoor TV. The house configuration has an ideal layout where 3 of the bedrooms and bathrooms are in their own wing of the house. Our 2300 sq ft holiday home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms decorated in Key West and Tropical colors for a soothing holiday atmosphere. What will strike you immediately as you walk in, is the view to the South facing pool deck and canal from almost every room starting from the front door, to the kitchen, dining room and master bedroom. The large open sliders brings in the sunshine adding to your holiday feel, and calls you to come out to the pool deck to relax and enjoy life. What makes this home a hit with our guests is the close proximity to amenities like Del Prado Blvd where all the stores are within 5 minute drive but far enough away from the boulevard where the only sounds you will hear in the morning are the Florida tropical bird calls from your morning bed. The owner and property manager were very helpful. I would highly recommend this property. Very open and enough rooms, 3 bathrooms huge kitchen fully furnished, great pool. Will stay here again if we get the chance We were here for only 5 nights and it was great. Michael (the owner) and Heidi (property management) were in contact with us from the very beginning to the end of our stay. Michael provided great information about the house and the area. We found many new places to eat during this stay. I would highly recommend this property for a family stay. Plenty of recreational equipment and the pool was great. ##### James T. We enjoyed our stay at the home. The pictures and description are accurate and the house had everything we needed during our stay. The neighbourhood is quiet and nice, and very close to beautiful beaches and seafront. The kitchen is wonderful and we really felt at home in this house, I would recommend it to anyone. The kitchen was organized and well stocked. Our grandchildren visited for a few days and thoroughly enjoyed the pool, fishing from the dock and learning to play pool. The property was in a nice location on the canal. We enjoyed sitting by the canal and fishing some there too. The pool and hot tub had sun and shade so could easily find a spot to relax and swim. The house accommodated our family well. Lots of room! Both owner and property manager were very helpful and communicated promptly. Highly recommend it! ##### Ann J. It was perfect! Perfect location, great amenities, very well stocked with just about anything you need, and nice and clean. House was much larger then expected. Location was awesome easy access to anywhere we wanted to get to. I have stayed in many difference VRBO houses for weekend getaways to vacation times and this house was by far one of the best. Owners were quick to respond if i had questions the property manager Sonjia was very nice and pleasent as well. She was just a squick to respond when asked a question. I plan to stay here again the next time we visit Fort Meyers/Cape Coral area of Florida. ##### Alan D.
