Your patio doors are located steps away from the heated pool just off your private lanai area. Only 15 minutes from world class beaches on Sanibel and Captiva Islands. So much to do in the area from Boston Red Sox and Minn Twins springs training games, Florida Everblades ECHL hockey games, trips to the beach and plentiful dining and entertainment awaits your stay. Fishing, bird watching, trailing, outdoor activities by the 100's. You just can’t do it all on one trip...so plan on coming back to SW Florida again very soon!

Amazing
The property is amazing! My family and myself had an amazing trip. The location was perfect for hitting all the beaches in the area. The kids absolutely loved the pool and fishing out back in the canal. We will definitely be booking again the host Brian was very easy to communicate with and responded to any of my questions promptly.

Fabulous
Brian and Darlene were wonderful. The condo was so comfy and clean. He told us of some upgrade he will be doing. I was there with our daughter and will try to plan for next year bringing my husband and stay longer!

Our family enjoyed our week stay at this condo. It had everything we needed and was a short drive to so many beaches! The condo was very clean and we had plenty of space. The owner was quick to respond to any questions and even dropped off a few extra supplies for our stay! He really went above and beyond. We enjoyed going to the beach each day and then our kids loved jumping in the pool when we got back! I would recommend this for anyone looking to stay in the Fort Myers area!

Convenient location to beaches and activities. Clean, well appointed.
Nice clean condo in a 5 unit building. Nice in ground pool located just out the sliding door from the living room or master bedroom. This rental was perfect for our stay. Located in a quiet neighborhood, met several nice people while out for my morning walk. Nice public beach, fishing pier and restaurant located just a few minutes drive away at the Cape Coral Yacht Club. Went to Ft Myers Beach several times during our stay. Would drive to one of the park and ride locations in Ft Myers and take the trolley in to the beach, so no worries about parking or traffic. (75 cents pp. each way) perfect for us. Also visited beautiful Sanibel Island. While driving on the causeway to get out to the island, saw many little public beaches where you could pull off for a picnic or some fishing. Also saw dolphins jumping out of the water just off the beach. Many great restaurants located nearby. Ford’s Garage was my favorite. Great burgers and many different beers to sample. We took a sight seeing boat tour out of Ft Myers Beach where we were able to see more dolphins and also stopped to collect shells off of one of the local beaches. A tour of the Wicked Dolphin Rum Distillery is a fun thing to do if you need a break from the sun. Brian is a great host and his condo had everything we needed for a great weeks stay. He is readily available for any questions and has many great recommendations for things to do and see in the area. We will definitely contact him again for our next visit to the area.

Great place for active people!
Great quiet place at night with lots of space in the condo. Great pool for doing laps and easy access to Cape Coral cycling lanes for short and long rides (>60 miles). We chose to not rent a car as both Uber and Lyft are easily acceptable. Ghislain & Suzanne
