Up to 6 guests will find peace and relaxation in the villa´s 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom with king-size bed has its own bathroom and provides direct access to the pool area. The other 2 bedrooms have a queen size bed and 2 twin beds. Both share the second bathroom. For movie nights with your whole family, the living area features a leather couch and a large flat-screen TV. Just like on the TVs in the bedrooms, you can enjoy ESPN+ and Disney+ in addition to regular channels. A Sonos Sound System provides the right ambience. In the open kitchen of the villa, you will find enough space – plus a refrigerator, oven, stove plates and a microwave. The kitchen is also equipped with dishes, cutlery and a whole range of utensils like coffee maker and toaster. This way, you will be well-prepared – weather you want to stay a few days or multiple weeks. No vacation in the Sunshine State would be complete without going for a swim. Therefore, the villa´s outside area features an extra-large, modern pool. Feel free to soak up some rays on the sunbeds or enjoy steaming relaxation in the jacuzzi. We have stayed at a lot of VRBO’s. And this has been our favorite one so far. What a beautiful home. We rented the boat for 5 days which is a lot quicker getting to Fort Myers and Sanibel. The pool was always the perfect temp. Deliah is an amazing host. Highly recommend. Was very hard going back to Minnesota. ##### Jodie D. Everything was great! The owners responded quickly to a couple text with questions about the pool and wi-fi. Also we locked our selves out the first evening as we went to our dinner reservations. I texted about an extra key and before dinner was over, the owner had a locksmith come and took care of the issue. We were close to many nice restaurants and the drive to Sanibel island or Fort Myers beach was not bad at all. Myself and my children enjoyed our stay at this house. ##### Jason S. Our group totaled four people and there was ample space to accommodate this number or more. It is beautiful with an open floorplan and easy access to the pool and jacuzzi. The kitchen is well appointed with newer appliances and plenty of housewares to accommodate cooking and eating in during your stay. We had packed a number of floatys for the pool and had asked if a pump was available at the location to inflate them. To our pleasant surprise, the management ordered one and had it delivered the next day! Very generous and gracious! There is ample closet space available and it makes it easy to organize your clothes and travel items. The bathrooms were very clean and well lit. There were no full length mirrors which may be of interest if getting dressed up for going out. All the features of the property worked in top condition from the appliances to the heated pool and jacuzzi. We rented a 23 foot boat during our stay and there was ample room at the dock to tie up. This property perfectly matched our interests to boat during the day, prepare and eat dinner onsite, and relax in the pool and jacuzzi in the evening.
