  • Completed in 2025, this villa leaves nothing to be desired. The house features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an office. The oversized saltwater pool with a jacuzzi can be heated with a gas heater. By arrangement and for an additional fee, the large boat lift may also be used. By boat, you can reach the river in 5 minutes without crossing any bridges. Pets are not allowed. Every room and the terrace are equipped with a TV.

    Gas and electricity usage will be billed based on consumption on the day of departure.
