The Villa is very well equipped and maintained. You’ll won’t miss anything you need for relaxing vacation!
3 Bedrooms with King beds & 2 Bathrooms. Master Bedroom with Ensuite Bath.
The pool is heated solar and if you wish electrically. The wide canal offers excellent views (south faced) and most wished privacy. Per boat it’s only 4 min. to reach the river Caloosahatchee w/o bridges and locks. 2 kayaks (optional) are waiting for your excursions on the canals and for catching the sun rise in the morning on the Caloosahatchee River.
