Villa Pure Balance will thrill you on 400m² living space. Its modern and cosy design, its high quality interior and its central location at the end of a dead end road will make it your perfect holiday spot.

Not only sun worshippers but also boaters will fall in love with Villa Pure Balance. The perfect location at the San Jose canal makes the boat trip to the open water of the Caloosahatchee-River possible within a few minutes. Enjoy your dream holiday exploring the offshore islands like Sanibel or Captiva by boat.

300m2 big Lanai with a designer-pool (9.75 x 5.3meters, saltwater) with spillover and a separate whirlpool/SPA, of course heatable. Great lounge and dining furniture outdoors, a big outdoor kitchen with a great BBQ, fume hood and sink. Big bar-table right next to the BBQ with bar chairs for 8 persons.

Panorama superscreen, 8 comfortable sun loungers. Beach equipment such as chairs, parasols, towels are available.

The villa offers 4 bedrooms, 2 master and 2 junior suites. Every bedroom has its own LED-TV.

The 100m2 big great room offers a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bar chairs, 8 dining chairs and a comfortable couch combination.

For the daily entertainment you find a ping-pong table, board games, books, two DVD-Players (US/EU) as well as TV-Streaming.

2 kayaks can be used for free (at your own risk).

Boatdock and lift are available. We recommend to rent the great FOURWINNS HD270 OB with 300ps for a few days to explore the offshore islands like Sanibel or Captiva. Walk on snow white endless beaches and have lunch in one of the many Caribbean restaurants where you can dock your boat. You will love it!
