This huge and stunning villa is situated in the Rosegarden District. Marinas Tarpon Point, Cape Harbour and the River are reachable within a few minutes by boat.

The Diamond is a very special architectural house that combines the Florida-style and modern architecture. 2-story-home with 430 sqm living area, 2000 sqm lot and a 42 meter long seawall

Western exposure for guaranteed, breathtaking sunsets. Enjoy them in the big saltwater pool or on one of the numerous comfortable chairs, the integrated table in the pool, in the low water zone or the jacuzzi. Even on the boat dock or the terrace in the first floor you can enjoy the view and see the dolphins passing by, which visit almost every day.

Within a few minutes by boat you reach both Marina Tarpon Point as well as Cape Harbour, which offer a variety of restaurants and shops.

The absolute highlight is the south facing, big and lush garden with 20 palms and a putting green. Right next to the canal you find the beach area with white fine sand. The neighbour to the south is 35m away, which gives the property a lot of privacy. Have a sunbath on one of the sun loungers in the white powder sand from Naples under the palms and enjoy the view over the canal. Putter and golf balls available.

The inside as well as the outside of the house are spacious and furnished with Italian designer furniture. All bedrooms on the ground floor have access to the pool area and the big terrace.

From the boat dock you can watch dolphins, which pass by almost daily and visit the guests of Villa The Diamond. Enjoy watching them catching fishes and play with each other. Our Villa is a real hotspot for watching dolphins!

Explore the watercanals and mangroves of Cape Coral with the brand new kayaks and get as close to the dolphins as never before.

Nice House

My family enjoyed their stay. Pillows were not the greatest but, still slept well. The technology on the house was great but, overwhelming since it was mostly in German language. I will be honest that I have never had to check in and check out with a housekeeper for a stay before. She was as helpful as she could be with language barrier. She did say if we needed anything to text her. We had an issue with the pool and texted her. She never responded. The communication with the property manager was awesome. Always there to help.
