Security camera details: Ring doorbell at front door and one overlooking the front driveway Dock details: The boat lift is not available for guest use, however the guest can tie a boat to the dock, guest must provide their own lines and fenders. 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). No response until after we chkd in. Disappointed because one of the reasons we chose this rental was for that reason along with hot tub which was not accessible according to property mgr.
