This bright and cheery 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is a gem in a gated community, and it boasts numerous updates and amenities. Located in the closest building to the pool, this unit offers a comfortable and luxurious vacation getaway!  
  
The condo features spacious living areas with 9' tray ceilings. The rooms are adorned with gorgeous, upgraded lighting fixtures and ceiling fans, creating an inviting and well-lit atmosphere.  
  
The kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line fingerprint-resistant slate GE appliances, making meal preparation a breeze. These appliances were updated in 2021, ensuring modern functionality and style. Bring out your inner gourmet and let the cooking begin!  
  
The Master bedroom boasts a private ensuite and direct lanai access, and the Guest offers a Double bed, with a pull out single bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with Roku TV's for individualized enterntainment. Rest assured you will sleep well and awake refreshed ready for the days adventures.  
Both bathrooms have also been updated, providing a modern and sleek design.  
  
The condo comes with a water-front lanai, perfect for relaxation. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine in the tranquil and serene atmosphere as you watch passing boats. Unwind and just relax in the great Florida weather.  
  
This gated community is pet-friendly with no weight limit for dogs,(requires a pet application with photo and immunization record) making it an ideal choice for pet owners. The community offers a range of amenities, including tennis and pickle-ball courts, shuffleboard, bike racks, a clubhouse, and a heated pool and jacuzzi. There are also kayak racks avalable for rent. You can also grill up dinner with ease using the association-provided gas grills, conveniently located on both sides of the building. Did I mention this unit is closest to the pool and hot tub, clubhouse, pickle ball and tennis courts!   
  
Explore beyond your borders! - Tucked right up against the Midpoint Memorial Bridge with a boardwalk through the mangroves along the Caloosahatchee River, this is a great birding spot. In addition to its nature trail, it provides a gateway for kayakers to launch an expedition into the puzzle of waterways that snake through the mangroves, and for anglers to cast a line off a generous platform into the river.

#### Great winter getaway.

This condo was clean, updated and the size was perfect for the 2 months my husband and I (along with our dog) wintered here. The community is friendly and well maintained. There were no surprises, we felt this property was exactly as it was represented. We did have an issue with the air conditioning but the response from the management company was fast and the issue was rectified In a reasonable amount of time. Two recommendations to change with the unit: 1\. The TVs in the bedrooms are too small. 2\. The refrigerator needs to be replaced to include one with a water and ice dispenser. The one that is in the condo has an internal water dispenser but it doesn’t work correctly. I would stay here again.
