The guy at the front desk is always very welcoming! Rooms are clean and cozy. Pool and hot tub are both great temperatures.

Great way to end the year.
The Hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The Restaurants on site where very good.

Clean and welcoming. Lobby updated. The rooms however are outdated & its a long walk to the rooms from the lobby. No luggage carts were noted upon arrival to assist with managing the luggage.

Not worth the money
We paid over $400 for one night for a hotel room that was dated and obviously hadn’t been deep cleaned in a long time. There were splashes of who know what on the walls, dirt build up in the corners and edges of the floors, no microwave, no mini fridge, and a television that got few channels. We had a much better, cheaper stay the following night at the Doubletree down the road. On a positive note, the staff was pleasant and even accommodated an early check in and late check-out which was greatly appreciated.

I really choose the Hotel for taking time to relax in the pool but I had a bad experience in the water it was dirty I had a lot of woman's hair made ball around the pool which caused me a lot of disgust because I expected them to pay more attention to the pool maintenance service !! And that really causes me disagreement since it is a high quality hotel !!

Disappointed, especially since we paid over $300. Our room smelt old and musty, the mattress was extremely uncomfortable and on the small side for a queen and the bathroom sink was a pedastool sink with no countertop.

Needs a lot of updating . The room room was so small that we almost left a night early . The hallways had no air conditioning and was hot and muggy. The staff was great . The breakfast was good .

Hotel overall was okay, for the amount per night I expected much more. Beds were comfy, bathroom was okay. Room walls, carpet so dated, needs makeover. I paid 300.00 a night no free breakfast however other guest I heard had free breakfast, not sure the difference. The two front desk man And women who checked us in were nasty. We checked in at 3:30 and they told us we had to wait because the rooms were not cleaned yet. We advise the gentleman that we’ve been driving for seven hours and it was unacceptable as we had dinner plans at five and need to get ready he didn’t tell us we had to be patient with the hotel which is not right when you’re paying $300 a night.

This hotel is GREAT. My partner and I came for a weekend and were more than pleased. The staff is friendly, the facility is beautiful, and indoor and outdoor pools make for non-stop relaxation. Also great proximity to plenty of shops and beaches. Stay here!
