Welcome to this 1/1 Pool condo overlooking the sparkling pool on the 2nd floor which is the top floor so no noise above you. Enjoy the view and the breezes in this close to the beach condo. Comfortable for 2 people will sleep 4 with 1 bedroom, 1 bath, Living room queen sleeper, full kitchen with dining area. There is a queen sofa bed for occasional guest visits. This condo is only 3.5 Blocks to the beach which makes for enjoyable walks to the beach. This condo has been furnished with upgraded furniture handpicked with style and comfort in mind with the feeling of home with all the conveniences. Including free High-Speed Wi-Fi with 2 TVs 1 in living room and 1 in the bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you need to cook dinners after a day of play. Full size refrigerator, Dining area with counter high table 2 chairs and 2 stools. Bedroom has a desk for convenient work space. After a day of play come home and relax in the bedroom with the adjustable base beds with rejuvenating queen size mattresses and memory foam topper. Washer and Dryer on the same level in condo complex and is FREE to use for extra convenience. 2 Free Assigned Parking Spaces Included. What a location! The Atlantic Ocean with a beautiful beach, 2 rivers: Banana River, Indian River all to play, relax, fish, surf, dive, shrimp, swim, watch rocket launches from. Plentiful bike paths abound in this area, All with the excitement of Orlando theme parks and attractions about an hour's drive. Returning home to your peaceful ocean retreat and the beach. Why pay Orlando rates when you can pay less and wake up at the beach? This is a very family-oriented area with tons of options, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Miniature Golf, Bowling, Movie Theaters, Sightseeing, Shopping, Mall, Full size golf courses, Tennis Clubs, Go Carts, Piers with restaurants and bars ...too many places to list. Cozy beachside condo!

This is a smaller cozy property that is conveniently located to all the area has to offer. The beach is walking distance away. The pool and patio area was nice and most of the time you would have it to yourself. I think the bed was only a full size but it was very comfortable and it is adjustable. The neighborhood is nice and quiet for the most part. The host really went all out to decorate every room in the condo. She also made sure my needs were well taken care during my stay. The bed would be a challenge to sleep two adults comfortably in my opinion. I can't remember if the size was listed or not. I was by myself so it was fine. I definitely recommend this property and would stay again!
