Overall pretty nice place. The only complaints is that there are several stains in our rooms (436) carpet. Makes you not want to walk around without sandals.

Arrived at MCO late in evening and picked this hotel in order to wake up close to the beach in the morning. The hotel was directly at the end of route 528, easy to access from the airport and easy to find at the end of the highway about 40 mins from airport. Clean and quiet property.

Very dirty. Loose door knobs/locks. Mold on ceiling above hvac supply register,bathroom extremely dirty, doors weren’t even painted ,stains on sofa, Forget about the hallways. Just pure disgusting. For $421 a night I should’ve got cleaner place. Looks and smells like a trashy motel. Stay away.

Excellent service. Very nice pool area. Convenient to a few restaurants and they give a list of places and distances to them to eat which was very helpful. Felt safe walking. Shuttle to ship was easy to book. Free breakfast was a bonus. Tea and coffee available to make in the room

Very run down....Seriously the place was falling apart. We paid for a "suite" for four days. The room they gave us had old beat up furniture, nothing in the bathroom worked except the toilet (thank god). The fan did not work, the faucet in the sink twirled around the tub and shower faucets also broken. I immediately complained and asked to be moved, unfortunately they were booked and could not move us until the third day. Construction going on next door, very poor lighting and dangerous coming into property.

The property was fine for an overnight stay before we boarded our cruise ship. The breakfast was average and fortunately they had waffle makers which are always hot and fresh. They did have limited fruit, yogurt, cereal, muffins and breads, toaster, the eggs we ok and diced ham. The transportation to cruise ship was easy and convenient and affordable $8 a person.

Checking in was awful. Neither employee knew what they were doing which caused the check in to be a 20 minute process. Shannon was quite rude at different points. The TV signal went in and out all night so there might as well have not even been a TV in the room. There is construction happening all around the building outside which causes the noise level to be quite loud. Was not impressed with my experience at all.

The property is perfect for when you need to go to your ship. Very close to the port. Comfortable, clean, nice rooms. Just one issue was the TV kept losing signal. Everything else was perfect.
