And don't worry about laundry - a washer and dryer are conveniently available in the unit.

Both bedrooms have been tastefully decorated with comfort in mind. Sink into the cozy king size bed in the primary bedroom and queen-size beds in the second bedroom. Let the sound of the ocean lull you to sleep. Wake up refreshed and ready to start a new day of beach adventures.

The bathroom is clean, beautifully updated, meticulously designed and fully stocked with fresh towels and toiletries, ensuring a refreshing shower or bath experience.

Quiet Location

We enjoyed the quiet location and close proximity to the beach. We were impressed with the newness and cleanliness of the interior spaces. The king bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of towels.

Perfect for everyone

We stayed and everything could have not been more perfect. The property was clean, neat, and organized. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and be together as well. The location offered plenty to do within a walk or short drive. We would 100% stay again. Best of all, communication with the host was fantastic.

Clean. Spacious. A short walk to the beach. Beautiful beach! Biking the neighborhood was fun and easy. Many dedicated bike lanes. We would recommend this to family and friends.

Convenient and Beautiful

We had a great stay. The home is well decorated but we found a previous guests dirty sock and undwrwear under one of the beds which tells me that they didnt really clean well before we arrived. The cleaning people were still therevat 430 when we arrivedand the floor was overly wetThe neigborhood was kind of strange. People stared at us a lot and the next door neighbors were loud. Overall the stay was fantastic. The kitchen and cleaning supplies were great. We would definitely stay here again.

Good Surfing Location

This location is great for surfing, being just a block and a half away from good spots at Cape Canaveral beach. The area has a mixed quirky vibe, with both some posh new homes and some places that where "Florida Man" might live. This unit is nicely redecorated and well-equipped. Our biggest suggestion is that the furniture in front of the TV is not very comfortable for extended viewing. But otherwise this is a great place to stay!

Excellent Location and Stay

This property was an easy walk to the beach. We were able to watch the rocket launch from the Kennedy Space Center from the beach on a beautiful, clear morning! The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable.
