The property is fun and just a few minutes from the beach. It's in a nice quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants, stores, and many activities the area has to offer such as playing on the beach and renting kayaks and other equipment to play on the river. It was a great place for our family group of 7\. They have boogie boards, beach towels, umbrellas, and a folding wagon to haul it all. I don't remember that being listed in the description and it was a pleasant surprise since we flew and couldn't bring all that with us.
