This 800 sq ft unit features 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. Bedroom #1 - Queen sized bed and Bedroom #2 has both a Queen sized bed and a twin bed. Great for groups of both 4 or 5\. Sliding glass doors in living room open to a balcony with great unobstructed beach views. Dining area window allows for great beach views as well. New kitchen with all new appliances. With the sun, the waves and the sand, life is good. The unit is very lovely with modern, comfortable furniture and appliances. It is complete with dishes, pots and pans. It is exactly as pictured, except that the photos don't do it justice - it's breezy and bright, casual yet classy, and so comfy and "home-y." Everything you need is right there. From beginning to end, the owners were a pleasure to work with, ensuring that we had everything we needed and giving us great tips to maximize our enjoyment of the area during our stay. The condo itself is PERFECTLY situated right on the world-class beach. You can watch cruise ships come and go, marvel at the surfers and kite-surfers (they're wild!), and if you're lucky like us, maybe even catch a rocket launch! It's nice and close to more terrific attractions than we had time to enjoy! It's less than an hour from Orlando, Kennedy Space Center is nearby, plus the Cape Canaveral area has a plethora of wonderful restaurants, parks, and shopping so there is never a shortage of something to do. But the condo is also in a nice, quiet neighborhood so you can enjoy doing nothing at all except relaxing and soaking up the beautiful Florida sunshine if you want! The apartment is situated with a beautiful side view of the Atlantic and easy access to the beach. All new furnishings, including a new 46 inch flat screen TV, internet with your own modem for wired or wireless internet connection with new furniture and appliances. The owners take a great deal of pride in having a very clean environment. Always available and friendly to answer any questions we had and went beyond that and even gave us a fish they caught for us to fry up and eat.
