### Stunning home in Capdepera

This charming holiday finca sleeps up to 6 people and is located just 2 km north of the lively holiday resort of Cala Ratjada on Mallorca's east coast. Nestled in a quiet, rural setting, the property is connected to the turquoise-coloured sandy beach of Cala Agulla via a 600 m long, paved country road. Spontaneous beach excursions on foot or by bike are easy to manage, making it a perfect choice for families.  
  
The extensive 14,000 m² garden with a 10 x 5 metre pool surrounded by a sun terrace with loungers is an ideal place to relax. Tall pine trees offer plenty of privacy and create a cosy, Mediterranean atmosphere around the house. A large terrace is directly accessible from the house, with a lovely dining area in the shade.  
  
The house is furnished in traditional Mallorcan style and has spacious and inviting rooms that offer all guests plenty of comfort. Both the dining room and the living room as well as the well-equipped kitchen offer easy access to the terrace. The five spacious double bedrooms each have their own bathroom and direct access to the outside area.
