Felt a little unwelcome. Food was disappointing. Right on a beautiful beach and lovely indoor poor no one used at all. Procedures not explained clearly.

El mini bar estuvo vacío y apagado. El aire acondicionado no funciona. 20£ por subir desayuno a la habitación diez por cada desayuno aunque fue un solo servicio e incompleto. El personal de la recepción fue muy amable, pero lo demás no valió la pena, no creo que regrese al hotel.

Hotel con ubicación privilegiado,la única pega en la habitación la bañera un poco alta e incómoda igual que los colchones que necesitan ya un cambio.La comida buena aunque no mucha variedad.La playa justo delante de la zona de piscinas,lugar muy agradable a poca distancia del puerto de Cala Ratjada.El trato del personal excelente,un 10 para ellos!

Il personale molto disponibile e simpatico hanno reso il nostro soggiorno una vera vacanza, la camera pulita con un’ottima vista, soddisfacente l’area spa, colazione con tanta varietà di scelta molto buona, solo il cibo del pranzo e cena peccava un po’, ma nel complesso sono soddisfatto del mio soggiorno

Excelente opção em Cala Ratjada
O hotel está situado numa praia linda e conta com um pessoal muito atencioso. As refeições foram muito saborosas e pessoal da cozinha foi muito atencioso com nossa solicitação de refeição especial devido a alergias alimentares. Destaque para a senhora da "cozinha ao vivo", que demonstrou sempre uma real preocupação para que nos alimentássemos bem, mesmo com as restrições devido às alergias. Os quartos estavam sempre bem limpos e o ambiente do hotel era predominantemente familiar. Excelentes piscinas completam as instalações. Sem dúvida uma excelente opção. A única sugestão de melhoria seria o wi-fi, que só funcionou bem para nós na região da recepção do hotel.
