"Staff really friendly, Room very clean. Just the drinks could improve. Like Orange juice could be fresh, instead of using concentrate. The room had some noisy panels that vibrates during evening ( 220) maybe it needs some maintenance or something to reduce vibrations. Food was amazing tho, just missing nuts in the morning I would say. Staff been fantastic, Osman, Mohammed, everyone very friendly."

"This hotel is a true hidden gem. Friendly and welcoming staff and a fabulous room, we had a balcony which gave beautiful views of the castle and hills in the distance. Clean and well maintained, with great facilities. Relaxed atmosphere with an amazing chapel bar. The pool is perfect with plenty of cabanas. Easy walk into the town square for restaurants, although the hotel restaurant is a must. Plenty of parking and we will definitely be returning."
Historical Finca S'Heretat

"We were a multi-generational family group of 19 people aged from 14 to 81, and we all loved our time at Finca S'Heretat. It's very well equipped and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone, big dining table outside, fantastic pool with enough beds and sun or shade at all times of the day. The owners have really thought about what it's like catering for such a large group: 3 fridges, 2 dishwashers, 2 BBQs etc. The only slight downside is the lack of air conditioning at night as it was very hot when we were there, but it's a really old building and the fans in all the bedrooms were a godsend. The location is very quiet, but you are no more than 5-10 minutes from the nearest town with an great choice of supermarkets. There are beautiful walks/runs from the door, and we never went to the same beach twice! Most beaches are no more than 10-20 mins drive away. Our favourite thing to do each evening was to have drinks on the roof terrace, watching the sun go down behind the mountains - absolutely stunning, the view was amazing! We had the paella cooked and served for us on our first night, which was delicious and there was loads left over, but quite expensive. We would also recommend booking a table at the Torre de Canyamel restaurant, which is a short drive/taxi ride away. They are also brilliant with big groups. Don't miss Arta market on a Tuesday! We loved this part of Mallorca and we're already trying to work out if we can get everyone together again at Finca S'Heretat!"

"A truly special place with exceptional people We stayed at Es Racó d’Artà for one week and had a wonderful experience. The property itself is absolutely stunning. It blends beautifully into nature, is incredibly peaceful, and every detail has been carefully considered. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed, creating a perfect atmosphere to relax and disconnect. What really makes this place stand out is the team. Every member of staff was genuinely passionate about what they do, proactive, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. You can tell they truly care about creating a memorable experience rather than simply providing a service. The food was another highlight. The healthy, locally inspired menu is excellent, with fresh ingredients and plenty of delicious options throughout the day. We also really enjoyed the activities offered by the hotel. They are thoughtfully curated, fit perfectly with the philosophy of the property, and make it easy to fully embrace the peaceful surroundings. Es Racó d’Artà is much more than just a beautiful hotel—it’s a place to slow down, reconnect with nature, and recharge. We left feeling refreshed and would happily return."
