The apartment is ideally located in Capbreton. Luxury accommodation on the banks of the river in the city center. It has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, 2 toilets. The surface is 120 square meters and has the sunny and equipped terrace of 100 square meters overlooking a magnificent garden.
It has two parking spaces.
Everything is done on foot or by bike. Market 30m, town center 100m, supermarket 100m. Beach 900m, accessible by free shuttle every 15 minutes (stop at 50m). In short, a wonderful place.
