We offer a comfortable getaway for two on the Landes coast in the renowned resort of Capbreton. The beach, famous surf spots, the harbor, as well as Hossegor Lake and golf course are all nearby, offering a wide range of activities and leisure options throughout the year. Plus, enjoy the peace and quiet of this lovely, secure residence... Our apartment includes a private parking space, allowing you to leave your car and easily access all amenities on foot or by bike, thanks to the cycle path right outside the residence. A comfortable seaside escape to plan any time of year. This modern and bright rental is located on the ground floor and features a covered terrace with garden furniture and a green space that enhances the view. The apartment comprises: - an entrance hall - a living room with a lounge area (TV, Wi-Fi), dining area, and open-plan kitchen (induction hob, extractor hood, mini oven/grill, refrigerator, freezer, microwave) - a west-facing bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm) - a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet - a hallway with a washing machine. For your comfort, bed linen, towels, household linen, and water, electricity, and heating are included. A new cycle path runs in front of the residence.
