Apartment with mezzanine making room on the 2nd floor without elevator with very beautiful sight on the ocean in the South and sight on the central beach in the West. Classified 2\* in 2024 by the departmental tourism committee. free WIFI  
  
Entrance (1.99 X 1.73): 2 bunk beds in 80.  
Bathroom (2 X 1.59) with window: shower, washbasin and WC.  
Living room with kitchen area (4.52 X 3.49) opening onto a covered terrace with a beautiful view of the ocean to the South and West: grill oven, ceramic hob with 2 burners, dishwasher and fridge-freezer.  
From the living room, access by a staircase with staggered steps to a beautiful mezzanine bedroom (3.82 X 3.48) with skylight and fan: 1 140 bed with bathroom: WC and washbasin.  
Private air parking - Cellar for bicycles or pushchairs.  
  
Near the marina, fish market and restaurants.  
The car park and the covered terrace are very popular elements.
