This apartment, which can accommodate up to 4 people, offers:  
  
\- An open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, and induction hob (no microwave).  
\- A living/dining room with a dining table (also a coffee table) and chairs, a sofa bed, a bench seat, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, Canal +, and Wi-Fi.  
\- A bedroom with a 160cm double bed and a wardrobe (260x240 & 240x220cm duvets)  
\- A bathroom with a shower, sink, and washing machine.  
\- A semi-covered, south-facing terrace with garden furniture.  
  
No parking. Guest parking is available on-site or on Avenue des Alouettes.  
  
Cleaning and linens are not included in the rental price. Contact us for rates. Upon handing over the keys, you will be asked for two security deposits: one of €800 for the accommodation and one of €80 for the end-of-stay cleaning.
