\- A living/dining room with a dining area, sofa and armchairs, TV, and Wi-Fi  
\- 6m² bow window with harbor views  
\- One bedroom with a 140cm double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and sink  
\- One bedroom with harbor view, a 140cm bed and closets  
\- One bedroom with 90cm bunk beds and a trundle bed  
\- A separate toilet  
\- One bathroom with a bathtub and sink  
\- A 14m² covered terrace with a dining table and gas grill  
  
Private outdoor parking space.

#### Vacances estivales familiales dans une location de très bonne qualité

L’appartement est de très bonne qualité: belle répartition des volumes avec 3 vraies chambres et un grand espace commun lumineux. On s’y sent comme chez soi: beaucoup d’équipements de qualité sont à disposition ( cafetière, robot, sèche cheveux , fer à repasser…) de la vaisselle en grande quantité, de la lecture de qualité … bravo et merci! La localisation est centrale et calme.
