They will be graduating from TX State 1st of May. The 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom was perfect size. The kids also enjoyed the hot tub & the deck was such a wonderful place to hang out mornings & evenings. OH !!!! The view at sunset & the stars at night!!The kitchen was well stocked if we would have cooked…but ate out @ wonderful restaurants. This house is off the grid a bit, but it was great for our family of four. The house was super clean, updated and had everything you could possibly need. Any questions were answered via text within minutes and the communication was very clear with the owner. Being 45 minutes from either Austin or San Antonio, it was the perfect location. Our favorite place to visit was Fredericksburg, which was about 45 minutes away as well. Great little shops, restaurants and local gifts. There was a grocery store about 10 minutes away and some great restaurants for take out. The hot tub was great at night to relax under the clear Texas sky (so many stars!). There were beach towels available for us and the consistent visits from the 4-6 deer each day were an extra bonus. The only suggestion is possibly adding some pavers from the deck to the hot tub to eliminate some of the sand that was tracked in from previous users. The game room was an extra bonus that we enjoyed as a family. We have been to several other rentals and these were by far the most comfortable mattresses we slept on. If you're looking for a quiet, cozy getaway for your family, this is the spot! We would definitely recommend this place to anyone! Thanks for a great trip- ##### Tim S. We had such a lovely time and totally understood the name, View La La! Watching the sun set over the hills was fantastic! We LOVED seeing so many deer walking through the property! The hot tub was nice! I will say there were just a couple of (very!) minor things that I might suggest/change/make people aware of: the master shower was slippery! and the master bed is tall! (for short folks, like me, it took some getting used to - perhaps a small step stool would be nice). I would suggest a couple of more dish towels and at least one dishcloth for the kitchen. The game room was fun! We really enjoyed our foosball tournament! We would definitely return and definitely recommend this home! Did I mention how lovely and relaxing the view is?!
