Edgewater Retreat offers a truly unique riverfront experience directly on the shore of the Guadalupe River in Canyon Lake. Bask in tranquility and relaxation in the new hot tub on the patio overlooking the river or enjoy the view from the comfort of the living room on the hottest of Texas days. Come bring your tubes, kayaks, fishing gear and head off to the river for a fun filled day with family and friends.  
  
Plenty of room awaits as this stunning waterfront home consists of six private bedrooms each with a private bathroom. The spacious living room hosts a large comfy couch and four armchairs with a spectacular view of the river. The fully equipped kitchen consists of a side by side refrigerator, built-in cooktop, oven and microwave for your cooking convenience. You may also utilize the outdoor grill to cook. Edgewater Retreat is the perfect location for entertaining a large group, while soaking in the breathtaking views of the Guadalupe River.  
  
Easy Check-In Process  
We use Happy Guest for a seamless, app-free check-in experience. Just complete your rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple refundable security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction) to receive your arrival instructions. If you'd prefer, you can opt for a Non-Refundable Damage Waiver instead, which provides coverage up to $1,500\. The waiver is $83.74 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.50 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Happy Guest is web-based and user-friendly, with all the info about the house and local spots.
