Lovely house

A great place for a family visit - an open floor plan with space for all of us to be together. A well-stocked kitchen and comfortable beds made it a nice stay for us. Seating in the front and back yards was also a plus. The boat launch is a little bit of a walk away and was closed, but Comal Park a short drive away was fun to float in.

AMAZING HOUSE

This house is perfect for a weekend getaway. Great location. It is close to the main road that has Lowe’s and cvs. Very roomy. Great back yard. Great communication with Jamie the property manager.

Honestly, we never even saw the lake except driving in & out. It was not the purpose of our visit.But my grandchildren were over the moon with the deer around the neighborhood.

Great getaway

We took our annual family vacation in canyon lake this year and was luckily enough to find this listing for our place to stay. The house was the perfect size. I would highly recommend this place as it close to great swim locations and close enough to local restaurants if you don't feel like cooking.

Wonderful family vacation

Property is beautiful and clean. Perfect for a family of 4. Plenty of wildlife, the deer will even eat out of your hand! My only complaints are the walls are thin. The room you would have young children stay shares a wall with the master bedroom bathroom and is very thin; this caused some issues at bedtime. If the beds were swapped where the full/queen is currently, it would work much better for small children. Other than that, we loved the house. Its beautifully decorated, beds are comfortable, kitchen stocked. I would definitely stay here again!

Home away from home!

This house is super clean, trendy, and comfortable. Cold AC, great fenced in medium sized backyard. The kitchen was well equipped and gorgeous. The neighborhood was quiet and the deer came right up to you. Most boat ramps were closed due to low water however we visited Comal Lake, was really nice on Thursday and Friday, super crowded on Saturday. The hosts were very fast at responding. Overall great stay, definitely will be back!

Surprise proposal

I rented this house to have my own space for the weekend. My daughter got engaged just down the road, overlooking the lake. I had some friends come join me to assist with the activities. This house was the perfect respite from all of the planning, preparing, cooking, and hosting at the “proposal” house. The front porch, amazing for reading a book, chatting with friends, and watching the beautiful deer roam about their neighborhood. Highly recommend if you need a girls weekend or a simple personal retreat!
