A well-stocked kitchen and comfortable beds made it a nice stay for us. Seating in the front and back yards was also a plus. Perfect for a family of 4\. Plenty of wildlife, the deer will even eat out of your hand! My only complaints are the walls are thin. The room you would have young children stay shares a wall with the master bedroom bathroom and is very thin; this caused some issues at bedtime. If the beds were swapped where the full/queen is currently, it would work much better for small children. Other than that, we loved the house. This house is super clean, trendy, and comfortable. Cold AC, great fenced in medium sized backyard. The kitchen was well equipped and gorgeous. The neighborhood was quiet and the deer came right up to you. Most boat ramps were closed due to low water however we visited Comal Lake, was really nice on Thursday and Friday, super crowded on Saturday. The hosts were very fast at responding. My daughter got engaged just down the road, overlooking the lake. I had some friends come join me to assist with the activities. This house was the perfect respite from all of the planning, preparing, cooking, and hosting at the “proposal” house. The front porch, amazing for reading a book, chatting with friends, and watching the beautiful deer roam about their neighborhood.
