Three bedrooms, two baths, a spacious living room, dining area, and gorgeous outdoor spaces comfortably accommodate up to 11 guests. More than an enough parking space for a boat. Environment goes one step further at this lakeside property with EV chargers, high-end design, and breath-taking views forming the perfect backdrop for family gatherings or romantic getaways. A thoughtful Master bedroom features a high-end king bed with a memory foam mattress, soft blue palette, wall art, and patterned rug. In-room khaki daybed doubles as a sofa when not in use and features a pullout trundle, while a separate seating area and a TV ensure plenty of ways for guests to unwind with a book or movie after an exciting day at the lake. The second bedroom also features a memory foam king bed and a designated work area for remote workers or those looking for extra focus. The third bedroom features a cottage-style twin over queen bunk set and a twin over twin bunk, all with memory foam mattresses. Green walls and rustic rugs accent a minimal and clean aesthetic making it perfect for groups. The spacious living room centers around two cognac-colored leather sofas, a fireplace, and a bold navy accent wall. A sturdy wood coffee table is the perfect spot for playing games or sharing snacks and a swivel recliner provides comfort and a great view off the deck. The dining room has seating for 10 with two benches and two leather chairs at each end and features a Farmhouse Modern design with Industrial touches featured throughout the rest of the house. I was sent a Guidebook with everything from how to use appliances, outdoor amenities to places to shop, eat and visit. So not only were my accommodations perfect but the surrounding experiences were right there for me to choose from. The cleanliness of the property and furnishings were over to top. Also a plus for the kids was outdoor toys/games. I can’t say enough about this property or the owners. Only thing I wish about the area was there was a pool for the kids. We celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary with some friends. Location was great as you were 10 minutes away from some really good local spots or 25 minutes away from Gruene. Hot tub was ready to go when we got there. Just can’t say enough good things about it. We would definitely book again. ##### robert f. We enjoyed our stay in this lovely house. We were a family of five adults over Thanksgiving. The house had comfortable beds, nice furnishings, and nice amenities for warmer outdoor weather enjoyment. This place was great! Lots to do on the property, very comfortable and relaxed inside, and every convenience was available. All the house rules and useful information was readily available. If we could give10 stars, we would! This house is beautiful, fun, and so relaxing. We watched the deer as we sat in the hot tub and enjoyed all the wonderful decor, bedding, games, and high tech security and electronics. The view of the lake was breathtaking.
