Welcome to the beautiful Hill Country! 'Emilia Hideaway' is a modern tiny home, open-concept studio with a loft. On a two-acre fenced lot behind the owners main house. On the NorthEast side of Canyon Lake, it's ideally located less than a mile between the lake and river. In the heart of the hill country yet an hour away from Austin, San Antonio, and Fredericksburg. Around the corner from the dam and spillway with gorgeous views, hiking, tubing, and fishing. There is something for everyone!


THE SPACE

SLEEPING AREA

It is an open-concept studio with a queen-sized bed on the main floor and a queen-sized pull-out couch. The loft has a twin-sized day bed for relaxing on but not intended for sleeping.

LIVING ROOM

Across from the bed, there is a pull-out couch. A flat-screen tv with a fire tv stick & swivels so you can watch anywhere in the house. This area is the perfect place to unwind or provide additional seating for guests.

KITCHEN

This open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with full-sized appliances. Have a beautiful home cooked meal with your family and friends.

BATHROOM

This bathroom provides a spacious shower for rejuvenation & a front load washer and dryer for convenience. We supply a hair dryer, extra towels, extra linens, and toiletries. Forgot a toothbrush, razor, face wipes, etc.? Don't worry we have those for you just in case!

Porch and Gazebo

There is a large, private, covered porch with ample comfortable seating. A great place to bask in the warm sun or relax to the sounds of cricket choirs in the evenings.

The Gazebo is located on the front side of the property, a very short distance from Emilia Hideaway. This is a shared space that provides a grill, fireplace, and a larger space to entertain and star gaze at the one-of-a-kind hill country sky.

The Grounds

This property shares its two acres with other homes creating a space suitable for accommodating larger parties. Should you need additional housing, please send us a message and we will do our best to accommodate. Other homes and the main house are visible from the porch.

Pickleball Courts
Behind the property, we have 7 Pickleball courts. Discounts are given to guests! We also have an RV park with 9 spots available to rent.

PETS
We understand that fur babies are family too! We happily welcome four-legged friends (DOGS ONLY).

Additional criteria needed:
*$50 Fee. This fee is requested after booking and is used for additional cleaning time required after a pet stays.
*Two labs reside in the main house on the front of the property. The owners have fenced in their front yard to give their fur babies a free roaming space. (If you would like to use the gazebo/grill message us, to give us a heads up.)
*Dogs must be ON LEASH AT ALL TIMES. ( Only exception is if you ask to let your dog free roam in the fenced in front yard.)
*Unattended dogs must be in a crate.
*Please do not leave your dog unattended and tied to the porch.
*Please pick up your dog's waste outside.
*Please do not let dogs on furniture or bed.
*Any pet damages to the property will result in appropriate fees.
