We have lots of extras including a large back yard, a free-standing game room, an office, a children's’ playscape w/ swings, an offset smoker BBQ pit, a Santa Maria grill, and a fire pit for your nighttime gathering. Enjoy quite evenings under the string-lights on the 100 year old oak tree and make s'mores on the pit and sip on your favorite beverage. You must be 25 years old to book Maricopa Magic. The property is not equipped for pets. Since we are in a quiet neighborhood, please be aware that we do not allow parties with over the 12 person limit. The string lit 100- year-old oak tree and fire pit in the back yard offer enjoyable and relaxing evenings. Just past the Horseshoe is the Whitewater Amphitheater, which is just 1.3 miles from Maricopa Magic. We are 4 miles from OPEN boat ramp #17 on Canyon Lake, so bring your boat since there is ample parking at the house.. Please note that there is no direct access to the river from Maricopa Magic. The house was well stocked with everything we needed during our stay and was the perfect size for our large group. Ava left goodie bags for the kids which was so sweet.
