The home is immaculate and offers plenty of space and seating for everyone. We particularly enjoyed having coffee and breakfast on the covered porch overlooking the hill country. The kitchen is well appointed if you plan to do any cooking and the location is convenient to Canyon Lake, wineries and distilleries, restaurants and even a day trip to Fredricksburg. The property management does a great job communicating and responding to any questions. No miscellaneous items for cooking so please note you need to bring everything. Broken door to the Butler's pantry and laundry room, no paper towels, napkins, or any paper products of the sort. Wet, mildewy bath towels in washer that were obviously left there for a while so master bathroom had no bath towels, washcloths, hand towels, etc. Management company was responsive, but never offered to get us anything and we were there for a short day and a bit of a remote area so it was difficult to get those items ourselves ##### Lisa S.
