A screened breezeway separates two secondary bedrooms from the main house creating an atmosphere of privacy. The screened in porch/breezeway offers plenty of space to entertain to include a roomy swim spa; a complete system for swimming, exercise and relaxation. Find plenty of space for up to 8 guests with 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. Do it big, do it right, do it with style at Fox Trot at Canyon Lake. Upon arrival find an inviting, hill country, modern lake house with a unique flow. A long drive provides plenty of parking for boats or other water crafts. Guests will find comfort in every space of this home, with beautiful high ceilings, wood flooring,and custom designed furnishings. Neighborhood is very nice and very quiet. Loved all the screened in living area, but not sure the set up would be good for those with younger kids as two bedrooms separate from the rest of the house, and there is only screen doors that can locked to the screened in area. Even with the excessive heat, the tranquility of our surroundings were amazing. The beds are comfortable, the outside porch was amazing for our family time. I was worried about traveling/staying on my own but I felt so safe in this neighborhood and at the property! They did an excellent job with the security of it and the layout. It was absolutely beautiful, quiet and the hot tub was amazingly huge! Way too much house for one person, but it was an excellent price and I’ll definitely be staying in the future. ##### Jessica K. Extremely quiet and private. Each room had a large closet with its own full bathroom, which was great. House was clean. Nice area to explore down behind the house. If you plan on cooking, make sure to bring your own dishwasher detergent and/or sponge. Minimal supplies to use on hand at the house. If you plan to use the hot tub, I would request directions on how to use it, as it wasn’t clear how to heat it.. ##### Ki A. We especially loved the setup. We as well as our friend were able to have our own private living quarters with the wonderful floor plan of the house. I wish more properties had this particular layout, including the screened in porch! We spent most of our time on the screened in porch, the swim spa was a wonderful added luxury. You can tell the host takes pride in their home from the pots and pans to the linens on the beds. The bed was also very comfortable which led to a great nights sleep! Overall I rate this property a 10/10 and I highly recommend staying here. ##### Tekera M. It had everything I needed and was not too far from places like a grocery store. I know others shared about critters, but the only ones I saw are all the beautiful deer in the area. It was very quiet while I was there, which was so nice. I could see a house was being built next door, but they didn't work on it while I was there. The indoor pool/spa is one of the main reasons I chose this house and it gave me everything I expected. As a bigger person, I have trouble getting in and out of bath tubs and I worried if I would have the same problem with the spa. I was pleasantly surprised with how easy it was for me to get in and out of. I also enjoyed watching the sun set while enjoying the warmth of the spa. I loved the separate bungalow rooms and see how this space would also make a great retreat for a girls weekend. I would definitely stay here again. ##### Tajauna T. Beautiful location, very clean and perfect amenities. We absolutely loved the enclosed porch and spent pretty much all of our time there.
