The Space:

Welcome to Canyon Star, a bright and inviting lake house designed for relaxation and connection. The main living area features a warm, open floor plan with a cozy seating area, a large-screen smart TV, and a dining space for eight. The beautiful stone fireplace is a stunning centerpiece (decorative only).



The chef’s kitchen is perfect for cooking and entertaining, complete with quartz countertops, a gas stove, high-end appliances, and a large island.



High-speed WiFi is available throughout the home.



This spacious home comfortably sleeps up to eight guests across four bedrooms:



• Primary Suite (Main Level): A serene retreat with a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom featuring dual sinks and a walk-in shower.



• Bedroom 2 (Main Level): A comfortable room with a queen bed with a dedicated workspace.



• Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): A private room with a queen bed.



• Bedroom 4 (Upstairs): Perfect for families, this room includes two double beds.



Upstairs, you'll find a spacious game room with a foosball table, another smart TV, and a private balcony overlooking the trees.



The outdoor living spaces are truly special, with a two-level deck and patio shaded by mature live oaks, perfect for alfresco dining or stargazing.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the entire house and 1.4-acre property. This includes all bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, living areas, laundry room, game room, outdoor decks, patio, balcony, and the large shaded backyard. Entry is easy and secure with a smart lock, and your unique access code will be provided before arrival. Ample onsite parking is provided.
