GORGEOUS views from every room and from the 32 foot patio/deck. Follow the path to another patio under the trees and enjoy peaceful setting and wildlife viewing. Living area has rock fireplace and built-in bookcase. Large kitchen is open to living area. Dine at the breakfast bar or the charming dining/sitting room. Lake and river access close by.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place dirty towels in the laundry basket.
Please make sure side entrance (green door) is locked from inside before departing.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

- Absolutely NO unregistered guests without prior approval. Any guest not accounted for will incur in additional fees at $50/guest per night.
- Absolutely NO drugs of any kind. - Absolutely NO smoking in the house and if you do smoke outside, please be courteous and clean up your butts/ash.
- Septic system rule: Absolutely NO flushing large amounts of toilet paper, feminine wipes, cottonelle wipes, baby wipes, tampons or pads.
