"The site is shared with Studio 6 and Motel 6. It looks like it is under construction. It sits far back from the Interstate and there is a lot of chainlink fence and empty space in front of the site. Parking is woefully inadequate and inconvenient. The only landscaping were 2 Palm Trees. While Motel 6 is known as a "value" brand when comparing others, staying here made me feel 'embarrassed & poor'."

"We all had a great time! We had one issue with ac in the game room. We called they had someone out to us promptly and got it taken care of for us! We hey had everything we needed as far as toiletries, dishes pots n pans, shampoo conditioner body wash dish washing liquid detergent, trash bags. that was all a plus! They did had cornhole boards which wasn’t listed which also was a plus for our crew! This place doesn’t expect u to clean up before u leave at all.. just pack your bags and enjoy your last morning. They do all the work and cleaning for you! That was a nice surprise! Thank you guys "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the River Rose. The trip wasn't what we had planned, due to the flooding of the Guadalupe River a week before, but it was what we needed. The house was clean and well organized and the property was gorgeous. The mornings on the patio were very relaxing, due to the bird feeders that attracted many types of birds and the resident squirrels. The neighbors who had rented the large house down the way were quiet noisy during the day but we managed."

"We booked the house for a weekend getaway for my wife's birthday. Invited friends and family to enjoy the rental with us. It was everything we had hoped for and more. The location was great. The house was great. The scenery was great. We absolutely loved sitting on the porch watching the river and hanging out. We will definitely be going back."
